the "ONLY ONE" for Collision Repairs in West Alabama

3 Levels of Repair

At Coker’s Body Shop, we believe in choice. That’s why we offer our 3 Levels of Repair®. It’s what separates us from other shops. Whether you want the highest quality repair, just want your car returned to the road safely, or simply want the most cost-effective repair, we let you decide!

Level 1

You want your car repaired to the best of our ability. Repairs made using only original manufacturer replacement parts, the highest quality of paint and materials, and your automakers recommended repair procedures.

Level 2

You want your car repaired safely but are not as concerned with the outside. Repairs may be made using any combination of original manufacturer parts, aftermarket, used, or remanufactured parts and lower quality paint and materials.

Level 3

You want your car repaired as cheap as possible. Repairs made using only the cheapest parts, paint and materials. Generally, this type of repair is referred to as “commercially acceptable” or “industry standard”and may be the only option allowed by your insurance company and its preferred shop.

This option if for cosmetic(exterior) repairs only. Any items that we deem safety issues qualify as Level 2.
